Requirements

Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
