Requirements
- Full-cycle talent acquisition experience
- Experience utilizing major job boards (Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter)
- Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter search proficiency
- Full-lifecycle technical / software engineering recruiting experience
- Executive search and headhunting experience
- Active listening and needs discovery
