Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
