Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
