Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
