Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
