Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance

Requirements

Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
