Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
