Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
