Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
