Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
