Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
