Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
