Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
