- Operating talent assessment and development centers
- Building competency frameworks and job architectures
- Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
- Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
- Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
Requirements
- HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
- HR process automation and tool integration experience
- Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
