Responsibilities
- Producing instructional video content for training
- Creating instructional materials and employee handbooks
- Selecting and recommending leadership development reading lists
- Conducting professional masterclasses
- Delivering adult professional education programs
- Conducting educational webinars and remote workshops
Requirements
- Training course curriculum design experience
- Experience administering LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
- Developing instructional training workbooks and SOPs
- Curating professional literature and reading materials
