Responsibilities

Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
