Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
