Responsibilities

Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
