- Producing instructional video content for training
- Creating instructional materials and employee handbooks
- Conducting professional masterclasses
- Delivering adult professional education programs
- Conducting educational webinars and remote workshops
Requirements
- Instructional design and e-learning authoring experience
- Developing instructional training workbooks and SOPs
- Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
- Corporate learning and leadership development experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
