Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Drafting employment agreements and offer contracts
Drafting formal administrative HR documentation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and non-disclosures
Experience with federal and state social insurance reporting (SSA/IRS)
Administering FMLA, short-term and long-term disability leaves
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
