Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
