Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
