Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
