Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
HR process automation and tool integration experience
