Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Auditing FLSA time tracking and hourly attendance records
Tracking employee tenure and vesting schedules
Managing digital HR documentation workflows
Maintaining confidential personnel records in compliance with laws

Requirements

HR administration and personnel operations experience
Drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and non-disclosures
Drafting official HR notices and corporate resolutions
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
