Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
