Conducting structured competency-based candidate interviews
Sourcing technical candidates on tech-specific job portals
Managing recruiting workflows via Huntflow
Managing candidate profiles in candidate databases
Conducting initial phone screen interviews
Drafting and extending formal job offer letters

Requirements

High-volume hourly / frontline hiring experience
Experience utilizing online creative training platforms
Experience with collaborative recruiting software
