Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Drafting formal administrative HR documentation
Tracking PTO balances and approving vacation requests
Managing payroll in ADP / Paychex
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
High reliability, dependability, and punctuality
