Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
