Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
