Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
