Responsibilities
- Conducting skills training workshops
- Authoring e-learning courses and modules
- Configuring courses and certifications in enterprise LMS
- Creating instructional materials and employee handbooks
- Measuring training effectiveness and ROI (Kirkpatrick Model)
Requirements
- Instructional design and e-learning authoring experience
- Experience administering LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
- Developing instructional training workbooks and SOPs
- Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
- Corporate learning and leadership development experience
- Creativity
