Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
