Formulating human capital and HR strategies
Upskilling the internal People Operations team
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Investigating and mitigating voluntary turnover factors

Requirements

Experience interviewing and evaluating HR talent
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Total rewards, compensation, and benefits experience
Corporate shuttle and commuter benefits coordination experience
Managing enterprise VoIP and corporate communications systems
Employee engagement and retention strategy experience
