Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Drafting employment agreements and offer contracts
Liaising with government labor agencies and social security offices
Tracking PTO balances and approving vacation requests
Maintaining confidential personnel records in compliance with laws
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Administering FMLA, short-term and long-term disability leaves
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
