Responsibilities
- Conducting skills training workshops
- Selecting and recommending leadership development reading lists
- Conducting professional masterclasses
- Facilitating corporate learning seminars
- Measuring training effectiveness and ROI (Kirkpatrick Model)
Requirements
- Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
- Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
