Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
