Responsibilities

Operating talent assessment and development centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
