Operating talent assessment and development centers
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
