Leveraging national job boards for candidate sourcing
Sourcing technical candidates on tech-specific job portals
Managing candidate profiles in candidate databases
Conducting initial phone screen interviews
Drafting and extending formal job offer letters
Preparing weekly recruiting funnel reports

Requirements

Interview experience
Experience with modern talent pipeline management tools
Conducting insightful exit interviews
