Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
