Nurturing applicant talent pools and communities
Leveraging national job boards for candidate sourcing
Sourcing technical candidates on tech-specific job portals
Utilizing Domestika course collections for employee upskilling
Leveraging ATS tools to drive recruitment pipelines

Requirements

High-volume hourly / frontline hiring experience
Executive search and headhunting experience
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
Experience with collaborative recruiting software
