Championing employee value proposition (EVP) and employer brand
Coordinating new graduate development initiatives
Engaging with collegiate career placement offices
Developing university relations and campus recruiting
Providing career development advisement to staff

Requirements

Leading early-career and graduate rotational programs
Internship program structuring and coordination experience
Intranet and HR portal maintenance experience
Internal newsletter and corporate editorial experience
Communication skills
Creativity
