Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Labor market and compensation benchmarking

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
