Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
