Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
