Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
