Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
