Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
